Astronaut Training

What It Is:

Astronaut Training is a specialized OT protocol using movement and sound to stimulate vestibular (balance) and visual systems.

Why It Matters:

When sensory systems aren’t working together, kids may feel dizzy, disoriented, or overly sensitive to motion — impacting focus, motor skills, and confidence.

How Prairie Grit Helps:

  • Certified OTs using the Astronaut Protocol

  • Safe, child-led movement routines

  • Helps with coordination, posture, and attention

  • Often paired with sensory integration therapy
